1. Introduction

Hi Group SÀRL, owned by Miguel Ángel Santoyo Fernandez and Christopher Aubert, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information in the context of our personal training services and our Hi Training application, in accordance with applicable law (the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection – FADP – and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

2. Personal information we collect

We collect personal information such as:

  • Name, address, phone number, email address.

  • Information about your physical condition, medical history and fitness goals.

  • Information shared through registration forms, consultations or questionnaires.

  • Data related to your use of the Hi Training application: weight, body measurements, weekly check-ins, completed workouts, personal records, general well-being notes and, if you choose to add them, progress photos.

  • Nutrition data: meals you log and macronutrient targets, as part of the nutrition assistant.

  • Data from connected devices, only if you choose to connect them: WHOOP data (recovery, sleep, strain, heart rate) and, where applicable, Apple Health, Garmin or Google Fit.

3. How we use your personal information

This information is used to:

  • Personalise your training programmes and nutrition guidance.

  • Communicate about your goals and track your progress.

  • Provide services tailored to your specific needs.

  • Deliver the features of the Hi Training application (programme, tracking, nutrition assistant, progress).

4. Hi Training application and connected devices (WHOOP, Apple Health)

If you connect a health service or wearable device (for example WHOOP), you explicitly authorise us, through a secure procedure (OAuth protocol), to access the data required for your coaching (recovery, sleep, strain, heart rate, etc.). This data is used solely for your fitness coaching. It is never sold, never used for advertising purposes, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You can revoke this access at any time, either from your WHOOP account (or the relevant service) or by contacting us.

5. Data retention and security

Your information is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations. We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access. Credentials for third-party services are stored securely.

6. Data sharing

We only share your data with:

  • Service providers strictly necessary to deliver our services (application hosting, database, health services you have connected), who are bound by confidentiality, with your consent.

  • Competent authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct or delete your data.

  • Object to its processing or request its portability.

  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
